The role of Wealth Client Sr Strategist within Asset Management Marketing involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to engage financial professionals and their clients across Wealth and Intermediary segments, working collaboratively across sales, product, and content teams to drive growth and differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and lead integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue and business goals for the Wealth and Intermediary channels, ensuring alignment with business and sales priorities
  • Translate client and market insights/needs into actionable strategies across multi-channel platforms, using data/feedback to tailor messaging and prioritize outreach
  • Own the thought leadership strategy in close collaboration with client sales team and key stakeholders/leadership, ensuring all messaging supports advisor conversations and business development
  • Deliver campaign performance reporting and data-driven analysis to optimize strategy, drive accountability, and demonstrate ROI
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and clear communication across stakeholders
  • Drive measurable impact from initiatives by focusing on lead generation, pipeline influence, and channel-specific engagement across digital platforms, content creation, and client events
  • Proactively generate new marketing ideas to elevate NTAM's presence and relevance with advisors and key decision-makers

Requirements

  • 7-15 years of experience in asset or wealth management, with a focus on marketing, product, or client engagement roles
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment solutions, and the needs of high-net-worth individuals and financial advisors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and execute campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
