About the Role

The Digital Marketing & Web Analytics Specialist plays a hands-on, technical, and analytical role in driving marketing performance across paid media, email/marketing automation, SEO, and analytics. This role combines precision in execution with strategic thinking—ensuring campaigns are built accurately, tagged correctly, tested thoroughly, and analyzed for actionable insights. This position requires a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect tactical actions with broader marketing goals. The role involves interpreting complex datasets, uncovering performance trends, making strategic recommendations, and guiding decision-making through technical expertise and marketing insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and QA tracking tags and conversion actions across various platforms, perform simple code updates, build and maintain dashboards with visualizations, deliver recurring reporting presentations, identify trends and anomalies, and conduct QA/testing of tracking implementations.
  • Write and develop ad copy and creative for search, display, and retargeting campaigns, configure retargeting audiences and campaign parameters, implement A/B and multivariate tests, monitor and optimize campaigns against KPIs, and recommend data-backed improvements.
  • Design image assets and create on-brand email layouts, configure, test, and deploy email campaigns, consult on CRM/Marketing Automation process improvements, configure and maintain engagement workflows, implement tagging and code adjustments for email tracking, and QA/test all emails and automations.
  • Create wireframes for web projects, collaborate with developers for implementation, QA/test design elements for usability and responsiveness, and propose refinements to support conversion goals.
  • Conduct SEO data analysis using tools like Semrush and Google Search Console, develop technical SEO recommendations, monitor implementation, identify high-value optimization opportunities, and QA/test SEO changes to ensure accuracy and track performance impact.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Proven critical thinking skills, able to assess multiple factors before recommending a course of action.
  • Strategic mindset—capable of aligning executional work with overarching marketing and business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics, tagging, and tracking best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and tag management systems.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely and Clarity, and paid media channels.
  • Proficiency in email platforms like Mailchimp and CRM/Marketing Automation tools.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for implementing tags, tracking, and template adjustments.
  • Excellent QA/testing mindset with a focus on accuracy and functionality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Search Console.
  • Experience with campaign optimization and analytics tools.

  • Ability to commute to Atlanta, GA 30303.
