About the Role

As a Website Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, editing, and maintaining web pages and applications across our company's portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement A/B tests and personalized experiences, driving optimization of website content and functionality. Your proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, coupled with your ability to manage the entire request lifecycle, ensures the timely delivery of high-quality web experiences. Additionally, you'll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and seek out innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, ultimately contributing to the ongoing success of our web initiatives and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and maintain web pages and applications across the company's portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A/B tests and personalized experiences.
Optimize website content and functionality to improve user engagement and performance.
Identify and address challenges proactively to ensure high-quality web experiences.
Manage the entire request lifecycle for web content updates and projects.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to web content and applications.
Seek out innovative solutions to enhance web development efficiency.

Requirements

Experience within the travel/tourism/hospitality industry is a plus.
Ecommerce or online marketing experience, preferably in a high volume, global online operation or with a large consumer brand.
Some exposure to call center/customer service/operational responsibilities.
Intermediate to advanced experiences with Content Management Systems (CMS), AEM preferred.
Intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS skills; experience in reading and interpreting JSON/API/JS languages.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
A strong foundation and understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
Experience using project management tools (Jira preferred).
Experience managing and estimating projects (time and cost).
Experience with FTP, developer and debugging tools, Figma, and Adobe CC.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
SEO expertise or certifications a plus.
Familiarity with ADA compliance needs.
2-5 years' experience.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Business, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or Marketing.
