About the Role

This role is an opportunity to be a part of Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG), responsible for transforming Lenovo's business and shaping the future of the company through digital marketing initiatives. The position involves leading global digital marketing strategies across web, social media, email, and analytics to support Lenovo's evolution into a solutions and services leader in the digital space. The role offers flexibility in location, with a preference for Raleigh/Durham, NC, and is part of a fast-moving, innovative environment focused on building a more inclusive, trustworthy, and smarter future for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lenovo solutions and services' website marketing strategy, planning, activation, and execution globally.
  • Drive SSG's website experience across global channels including Lenovo.com and Lenovo Tech Today.
  • Support product development by creating new web pages and content.
  • Develop a masthead navigation strategy reflecting the services and solutions hierarchy.
  • Collaborate with other teams to include services and solutions on hardware pages and other relevant pages.
  • Represent the SSG group in digital strategy committees across Lenovo's digital environments.
  • Optimize websites and improve search engine optimization for Lenovo's solutions and services.
  • Drive social media marketing strategy, content creation, and execution for solutions and services.
  • Maintain content and creativity calendars for social media campaigns.
  • Influence customer engagement through social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including design, automation, and dynamic content, using tools like Marketo.
  • Work with web teams on email campaigns to inform about new products and events.
  • Coordinate with events and campaign teams on email activations.
  • Lead analytics efforts, including website, social media, and email insights, and develop long-term data capabilities.
  • Establish best practices for data use to inform marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product and offering teams to support digital marketing prioritization.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Build a solutions-centric global campaign architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business goals into digital campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.
  • Project manage campaigns with external agency partners and across functions.
  • Set and manage KPIs, share learnings, and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Work effectively with global teams and senior leadership, influencing stakeholders and making strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, advertising, business, or relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation, digital tools, and project management tools.
  • Strong data analytics and insights capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of web design principles.
  • Experience leading engagements with marketing agency partners.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe.
  • Experience working on content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work tactically in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications
