About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a comprehensive strategy for Wespath's public website aligned with the organization's brand guidelines and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to position the website as a driver of marketing and communication campaigns, product and services launches, and stakeholder outreach initiatives.
• Stay apprised of industry trends—particularly in financial services, benefit plans, and investments—and monitor emerging website technologies to ensure the organization's web presence remains current and competitive.
• Develop and maintain consistent website analytics and data to monitor user behavior, drive engagement, and enhance website performance.
• Analyze web data to provide actionable recommendations that guide content, design, and functionality improvements.
• Lead ongoing optimization efforts in collaboration with the UX team to improve user experience, navigation, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Lead the implementation and management of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and web traffic, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with content managers, business partners, and UX teams to define and support a high-level content strategy aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Support web content development and optimization, advising on digital presentation and ensuring content adheres to SEO best practices.
• Manage day-to-day website operations, including updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors for technical support, security, and data protection measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in web development, digital marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in web strategy development and execution, analytics, SEO, and user experience optimization.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms, with demonstrated experience managing websites using static and dynamic content (WordPress preferred).
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) integration, e.g., Salesforce.
• Ability to lead web strategy from ideation through execution with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
