About the Role

We are seeking a Website Content & E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing our Magento-based websites, ensuring products, content, and features are updated, accurate, and aligned with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings in Magento, including descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
Write and optimize website content (product pages, landing pages, blog posts) for SEO and brand consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers when needed.
Ensure website design and user experience align with best practices for e-commerce.
Conduct regular audits of content, navigation, and product data for accuracy and quality.
Stay up to date with e-commerce and Magento trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Strong written communication skills with the ability to create SEO-friendly content.
Understanding of digital marketing, product merchandising, and website best practices.
Experience managing e-commerce websites preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with furniture, home décor, or lifestyle industries a plus.
