About the Role

You'll flex both sides of your brain: creative flair to keep content inspiring, and analytical chops to test, measure, and refine how our customers shop. From fresh content to smart optimizations, you'll shape an online experience that sparks inspiration, builds confidence, and makes shopping with Wantable feel like a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and update website content that's bold, on-brand, and campaign-ready.
Launch and analyze A/B tests, personalization, and CRO initiatives that consistently move the needle.
Partner with Creative and Product teams to create mobile-first experiences that are intuitive, beautiful, and friction-free.
Collaborate cross-functionally to bring intuitive, mobile-first shopping journeys to life.
Run A/B and multivariate tests, using insights to optimize the customer path.
Dig into tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Clarity to uncover what customers are doing — and how to make it better.
Optimize site structure and content for search visibility.
Leverage AI-powered tools to personalize experiences and keep Wantable ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Experience creating and managing engaging website content.
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and responsive design.
Hands-on know-how with A/B testing tools and CRO strategies.
Confidence using analytics and behavior tools to guide decisions.
A knack for organization and juggling multiple projects at once.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
SEO and AEO expertise.
