About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Website Manager to lead digital strategy execution across service and parts content, shopping tools, and marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in optimizing the customer journey from discovery to purchase and enhancing the performance of high-traffic consumer-facing websites.

Key Responsibilities

Drive digital customer experience strategy for Parts and Service websites
Define features and functionality to communicate product and brand stories
Manage timelines and coordinate with creative and production agencies
Lead external agency teams to align with brand goals
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, analytics, and UX
Partner with IT and other stakeholders to implement best practices
Advocate for users through usability research and insights
Analyze site metrics and lead A/B testing and optimization initiatives
Oversee content strategy, asset creation, and budgeting activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
7-12 years of experience in digital marketing or product management
Expertise in website management, SEO, UI/UX design thinking
Comfortable reviewing wireframes and conducting DEV site reviews
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience with usability testing, content management systems, and CGI asset creation
Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
