About the Role

As the Enterprise Workforce Planning & Intelligence Operations Lead, this role is instrumental in driving the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Enterprise Workforce Planning and Intelligence (eWFPi) team. You'll be at the forefront of transforming the organization, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution and sustainment of critical processes and integrations that will accelerate eWFPi across the entire organization. This is a dynamic role that demands operational excellence, strategic foresight, and exceptional collaboration skills, operating with a servant leader mindset while confidently navigating complex situations and driving alignment towards collective goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the suite of workforce planning and intelligence governed process maps within Signavio.
  • Leverage process maps to identify and document integration points with other value streams, systems, and data sources.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance for these processes, including baselining, version control, and adherence to change review and design review boards.
  • Collaborate and facilitate alignment with non-workforce planning entities that have bidirectional process, tech, and data dependencies.
  • Support the eWFPi team & integrations lead to ensure integrations across the 1LMX/EBP ecosystem provide proactive bidirectional demand & workforce intelligence signals.
  • Lead the business in following the operational operating model, ensuring adherence across business units.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager and HR Technology portfolio to transform the current eWFP IPT into a governed Change Control Board model.
  • Serve as the operational backbone for the eWFP IPT & eWFPi team, planning and facilitating cross-functional meetings.
  • Manage workflows, track action items, issues, and enhancement requests using tools like Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Utilize AI note-taking platforms to ensure comprehensive capture of meeting details.
  • Facilitate recurring meetings with stakeholders, including the eWFP IPT, EIT, transformation leads, and others.
  • Serve as the deputy to the Senior Manager, assuming leadership roles when appropriate.
  • Lead the eWFPi team's daily stand-up and recurring IPT engagement sessions following the SAFe agile framework.
  • Collaborate on crafting the program increment plan and managing the backlog of work items.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and complex information, demonstrating a strong desire for continuous learning.
  • Facilitate difficult conversations and uphold decision authority in collaboration with the business and PMO.

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Jira, Jira Agile Hive, Confluence, and/or Microsoft Teams, with a willingness to implement advanced configurations.
  • Proven experience in operations leadership, program/project management, or a similar strategic role within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience in program/project management including iterative backlog prioritization.
  • Expertise in process design, governance, and optimization, ideally with experience in platforms like Signavio.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with understanding of integration concepts and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align groups.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions.
  • Comfort working in and creating solutions in complex System-of-Systems and Process-of-Processes environments.
  • Sense of urgency, resilience, high emotional intelligence, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
