Key Responsibilities
- Create high quality, engaging content for brand and executive channels, ensuring alignment with overall company messaging and brand voice.
- Monitoring Twitter/X trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content creation.
- Working cross-functionally on product and brand marketing campaigns to bring them to life on CT.
- Monitor, advise on and respond to FUD through short-term and long-term strategies.
- Engaging directly with the CT community, responding to mentions, and building relationships.
- Analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
- Be flexible with working hours as crypto never sleeps and sometimes neither do we.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of social and new media landscapes.
- Passion for crypto and economic freedom.
- Strong background in building and engaging with a social media following, especially on X.
- Proven experience as a talented copywriter and memer.
- Direct communication style; despises corporate speak.
- Thick skin - open to feedback and does not get emotionally affected.
- Born & raised in the Twitter/X trenches.
- Experience with clipping and editing videos.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for other social media platforms.
- Solid working relationships with social and new media.
- Understanding of the regulatory, security, political, and technical landscapes influencing cryptocurrency.
Qualifications

- Pay Range: $140,080-$164,800 USD.
