About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy responsive email campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
• Conduct QA across browsers and devices to ensure consistent rendering and functionality
• Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to gather assets and align messaging
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights to optimize future campaigns
• Maintain and update dynamic email templates in compliance with brand standards and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git
• Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns
• Strong understanding of email rendering issues and troubleshooting across clients/devices
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Braze, HubSpot, ExactTarget, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail in coding, testing, and QA
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Braze specifically
• Familiarity with Liquid Logic for dynamic email content
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
