Key Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in cross-functional teams, driving innovation in product development during Rotation 1: Technical Applications Group - Associate Project Manager.
  • Support consumer insights and collaborate with Consumer Marketing Insights teams, brand, and commercial partners during Rotation 2: Marketing - Consumer Insights Analyst.
  • Leverage skills and knowledge from previous rotations to develop strategies and activations for the Brand Marketing team during Rotation 3: Marketing - Brand Marketing Analyst.
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies, applying experiential learnings from rotations.
  • Engage in mentorship and training opportunities to support personal and professional growth.
  • Complete all rotations successfully to graduate from the Marketing Development Program and pursue further career opportunities within Nestlé.

Requirements

  • Able to participate in Diversity Leadership Symposium August 13-14, 2025.
  • Bachelor's degree completed by June 2026.
  • Majors in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, Data or Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Previous Co-Op/Internship or practical experience in a CPG industry preferred.
  • Leadership in extracurricular activities or organizations on-campus or through professional experiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to utilize basic Excel functions.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to design comprehensive presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to embrace change and learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and in team settings.

Nice to Have

  • Previous Co-Op/Internship or practical experience in a CPG industry.
  • Leadership in extracurricular activities or organizations.
