Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding with team members and peers from other Leadership Programs to develop foundational business knowledge.
  • Manage a sales territory during a 6-month rotation, executing data-driven sales techniques and implementing 4P Excellence to drive results.
  • Run reports, translate information into measurable plans, and support category strategy development as a Category Analyst.
  • Partner with Analysts to provide actionable insights and develop customer strategies for accounts such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, or Dollar General.
  • Develop and present comprehensive presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Operate a motor vehicle and move products weighing up to 30 pounds up to 50% of the time.
  • Attend the Diversity Leadership Symposium on August 13-14, 2025, and be open to relocation and travel as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, Data, Business Analytics, Agricultural Business, or a related field (completed or expected by June 2026).
  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Previous Sales Co-Op/Internship or practical experience in a CPG industry is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and a driving record that meets company Motor Vehicle Policy.
  • Leadership experience in extracurricular activities or organizations.
  • Ability to attend the symposium on August 13-14, 2025.
  • Willingness to relocate to one of the specified locations and travel as needed.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and ability to utilize basic Excel functions.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a sales internship or Co-Op in the CPG industry.
  • Experience in data analysis and category management.
  • Leadership roles in extracurricular activities or organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, expected by June 2026.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Valid driver's license.
