The sales department advocates for our products and the customers they serve, building a loyal customer base by selling to consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales team is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through outbound campaigns, database mining, and event-based outreach
  • Manage and route inbound leads from marketing channels (website, events, campaigns) using a structured qualification framework
  • Develop and maintain lead records in Salesforce; ensure timely updates and accurate tagging for effective follow-up
  • Build and iterate value proposition scripts for outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Execute outreach campaigns across multiple verticals to generate warm opportunities for handoff to the sales team
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for sales representatives and upper management
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
  • Track and report on lead quality, conversion, and ROI from both inbound and outbound efforts
  • Analyze performance data and share insights with key stakeholders for process improvement
  • Support event logistics related to sales enablement, including booth setup coordination and asset management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation roles
  • Demonstrated success managing outbound campaigns and qualifying B2B leads
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for prospect outreach
  • Self-motivated and metrics-driven with a team-first mindset
  • Experience in trade show or event-driven sales environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience
  • You are driven by DISH's core values, curious, adventurous, and take pride in doing great work
  • You are flexible, passionate, a team player, and have strong listening, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Comfortable with scrappy environments where speed matters
  • Self-starter with a deep passion for this field

Qualifications
