About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating business performance against growth targets and supporting daily operations.
• Contributing to high-impact projects such as an Attrition Deep Dive to understand and address customer churn, and a Go-To-Market (GTM) analysis to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
• Involvement with initiatives focused on financial and operational automation, pricing transformation, and AI integration.
• Defining and interpreting key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Triaging operational issues and helping to optimize systems and processes for scalability.
• Working with various teams across the organization, including Finance, Marketing, Product & Sales, to support business needs.

Requirements

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and use data to develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent Communication skills to translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations for senior audiences.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel Skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and execute queries to extract and manipulate data.
