Key Responsibilities

  • Build commercial strategy to unlock growth potential for critical customers.
  • Drive innovation across commercial levers and deliver exceptional execution on fundamentals.
  • Enable category growth by ensuring the right products are available at the right retailers and times.
  • Develop and communicate mid and long-term strategies to field partners, measure, assess, refine, and pivot strategies with clear communication.
  • Serve as the key driver of commercial strategy, supporting field partners to build strong customer plans to win with shoppers across the 4Ps.
  • Drive category, channel, and customer initiatives including Strategic Revenue Management, Innovation, and New Business Development.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies, forecast accuracy, sales performance targets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead key projects aligned through the MBS process to drive long-term profitable growth.
  • Establish strategic key points for channel and key customer at the category/segment level based on shopper insights.
  • Advance category activities with marketing and division leadership and own Commercial Action Plan (CAP) development and deployment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing preferred.
  • Ability to drive business results and take initiative across business needs.
  • Effective collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Knowledge of core Business Processes such as Sales/Distribution, Customer Planning, Financial Reporting, and Quality Fundamentals.
  • Understanding of Strategic and Integrated Commercial Planning processes.
  • Knowledge of Customer Best Practice, Market Intelligence, Category/Channel/Shopper trends, and shopper insights.
  • Financial knowledge to evaluate return on investment, EBIT, and conduct post-promotional evaluations.
  • Familiarity with business-driving technology solutions such as Ciracna, BW, and Source.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with internal/external industry insights and trends.
