The role involves leading a growth marketing team to develop and execute integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies focused on deposits acquisition, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing ROI to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end development and execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing with a goal of acquiring primary deposit relationships at a strong return on investment.
  • Drive campaign strategy, define high-impact acquisition journeys, and own channel planning across direct mail, web, and digital media (SEM, SEO, Display, Social).
  • Support the overall product acquisition narrative by connecting performance across the funnel, translating key data trends and accomplishments into compelling stories for the business.
  • Drive performance analysis and channel optimization, reallocating budgets to ensure efficient spend and improved ROI.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of marketers, including channel owners, analytics, and strategy, in planning and executing campaigns in an agile format.
  • Own and drive an always-on test-and-learn agenda with impactful experiments, rigorous measurement, and clear reporting of results and insights.
  • Meticulously manage budget across acquisition channels, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient spend deployment, and strong ROI.
  • Lead the strategy and team that executes and implements integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for products or initiatives.
  • Translate desired business outcomes into marketing strategies and execute complex, integrated marketing programs including advertising, sales content, and internal communications.
  • Influence budget planning and ensure activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework.
  • Manage performance, coaching, and development of team members to achieve business results and adapt to evolving strategies.

Requirements

  • Industry experience of 8+ years with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree; higher education such as a Master's or certifications is desirable.
  • Knowledge and skills in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing strategies, and campaign management.
  • Competencies in business acumen, data analysis, decision making, influencing, and marketing positioning.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing spend for ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills to connect performance data and translate into strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a university/college degree; higher education or certifications are desirable.
