About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create high impact marketing recommendations that enable PepsiCo to achieve short and long-term strategic business objectives.
• Develop overall strategy for a brand, including commercialization in-store and online ideas to meet long-term business goals.
• Leverage consumer insights to understand problems and contribute to product, packaging, and communication development.
• Build new product innovation concepts and develop new product launch strategies.
• Develop impactful consumer promotions, events, and marketing programs.
• Design social and digital campaigns using insights, along with creative measurement tactics.
• Partner with agencies to create brand positioning and communication strategies.
• Use data to understand category and competitive dynamics to guide strategy and future business opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration degree.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter and highly focused, analytical thinker.
• Strong communication and influence skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven people/project leadership throughout career (academic or professional).
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment and make quick tradeoff decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
• Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
• Ability to give/receive constructive feedback.
• Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer packaged goods corporation is preferred.
• Experience in Marketing is preferred.
• Graduate with MBA degree within one year of internship completion (Dec 2026 or May 2027).
• 2-5 years of work experience.
• Ability to be located in Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Purchase, NY.
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

• Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer packaged goods corporation.
• Experience in Marketing.

Qualifications

• Graduate with MBA degree within one year of internship completion (Dec 2026 or May 2027).
• 2-5 years of work experience.
• Ability to work in the U.S. with indefinite right to work.
