We are seeking an outstanding specialist in Influencer Strategy to join our dynamic Influencer Marketing team. The role involves supporting marketing initiatives for Business Professional and Consumer audiences, identifying emerging talents, overseeing daily operations with our influencer agency, and collaborating with various teams to execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. The Specialist will use tools like Creator IQ, Sprout Social, and internal tools to select and identify talent, reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build overarching influencer social marketing strategies per category, inflection, campaign, event, or other key moments.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs for influencer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate the entire process of influencer campaign management, from selecting influencers to crafting concepts, evaluating content, and implementing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with essential cross-functional teams (e.g. PR, editorial, social media strategy, product promotion) to assess content and boost impact through seamless program management and implementation.
  • Share performance data, findings, influencer feedback, and program improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise in the influencer marketing economy and stay informed on trends and leaders in the social community.
  • Assist influencers in gaining product access in collaboration with the social strategy team and PMM or equivalent experience.
  • Work with teams passionate about community engagement to distinguish between Influencer and Ambassador programs and improve overall strategy in alignment with objectives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media marketing.
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms like CreatorIQ, Aspire, or Tagger for sourcing, vetting, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social or Sprinklr, native platform insights (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X), and internal dashboards to measure performance and inform optimization.
  • Proficiency in coordinating all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns, including briefings, contract management, content evaluation, execution, and post-campaign evaluation across various categories and target demographics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across departments such as PR, social strategy, product marketing, editorial, and community teams to align influencer content with brand objectives.
  • Understanding of social media trends, changes in the creator economy, and content formats, with the skill to identify emerging talent and strategic opportunities.
