About the Role

The Account Coordinator at VELOX is responsible for managing client accounts within a digital advertising agency that focuses on ROI-driven campaigns. The role involves building strong client relationships, executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives such as PPC and SEO, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver performance-driven solutions. The position requires a motivated individual who is analytical, eager to learn marketing technology, and dedicated to client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point-of-contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients and thrive in a chaotic environment
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions and reports, according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics including Google Analytics, Google AdWords and E-commerce data
  • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations, as needed

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing and/or Business degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven 1 year of account management experience, preferably in digital marketing or a technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on specific needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Google Analytics, and E-commerce

Nice to Have

  • Experience with online advertising and digital marketing tools
  • Familiarity with paid search marketing and campaign performance reporting
  • Understanding of business account management and escalation handling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant account management experience
