About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency to ensure operational success and contribute to the company's financial performance.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists and implements monthly initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to ensure excellence in RED scores for assigned customers.
• Maximizes operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals, minimizing shrink and out-of-date products, ensuring compliance with routing schedules, and ensuring customer acceptance of ordered products.
• Demonstrates effective selling skills to promote contractual agreements, promotions, innovation products, and distribution principles.
• Communicates effectively with internal teams and customers, understanding different buyer types and thinking styles to maximize effectiveness.
• Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business, such as pricing, new packaging, or changes in business strategy.
• Executes all job duties in a safe working manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication skills.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Career-mindedness and a highly competitive nature.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Willingness to travel approximately 90% in the market and 10% from a home office.
