The role of Account Director II - UCC Sales involves working within this innovative environment to drive revenue growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives account management responsibilities as an overlay sales role including solution creation, solution offering configuration management, order issuance, service delivery, service management, and revenue recognition.
  • Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales and revenue quotas.
  • Provides comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts.
  • Provides input to sales management about trends and changes within the customer's organization and makes recommendations for future actions.
  • Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Contact Center/Telecom Experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of Voice networking.
  • Experience with Genesys and Cisco Contact Center ACD platforms preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented professional with minimal supervision required.
  • Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Requires at least 25% or more of time conducting sales activities outside of the office.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Genesys and Cisco Contact Center ACD platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
