Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business sales to real estate agents and brokers through high volume outbound cold calling (100+ per day).
  • Sell the lead generation product called Connections Plus, which provides real-time buyer leads, along with other seller, marketing, and branding solutions.
  • Utilize a script to communicate key product features, overcome objections, and demonstrate ROI to prospects.
  • Consistently achieve performance goals and key KPIs, including productivity and compliance requirements.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaborative competition and performance are rewarded.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience and proven success in tele-sales, with cold calling preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals through new customer acquisition.
  • High level of urgency with outbound prospect follow-up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms, with strong computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Confidence on the phone and ability to ask questions, offer suggestions, and anticipate customer needs.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and solution-minded mindset when faced with challenges, obstacles, and objections.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms.
  • Proven success in tele-sales and cold calling.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience in tele-sales or cold calling.
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM platforms.
