Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Media Executives and Digital Sales with creative solutions in building presentations.
- Train new media executives on broadcast and digital sales.
- Build working relationships with community officials and key advertisers.
- Provide or assist in strategy when deciding what to pitch to a client, and prepare the recommendation page along with supporting slides.
- Responsible for providing optimization suggestions to increase effectiveness for the campaign.
- Accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of five years in sales, with sales management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to initiate creative sales efforts.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, supportive team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in guiding, motivating, and leading a successful sales team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Wide Orbit, and Matrix.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
