CVS Media Exchange (CMX) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies through full-funnel ad solutions leveraging CVS's data and extensive reach, with flexible pricing and buying models to build brand awareness, engage consumers, and convert shoppers. The Account Manager role involves supporting strategic accounts, driving client retention, growth, and satisfaction, and working in a collaborative, data-driven, solutions-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal partner teams to execute successful digital media campaigns aligned to client KPIs, including designing media proposals and leveraging campaign reporting and knowledge.
  • Own post-sale client partnership and communication to ensure seamless campaign launch and execution for JBP and Strategic Growth accounts.
  • Execute flawless campaign launch and delivery, partnering across internal cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate internally to define processes for JBP accounts, leveraging alpha and beta product roll outs, and act as a subject matter expert during initial roll out phases.
  • Manage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the organization including Media Strategy, Optimization, Creative, AdOps, Analytics, Client Solutions, and Billing.
  • Lead internal partner status calls and campaign performance reviews, coordinating with account coordinators and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead all post-sale meetings with clients to communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, optimization recommendations, and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver best-in-class client service to support campaign renewals by leveraging historical campaign insights.
  • Proactively self-educate around assigned client categories, retail, and retail media industry trends to identify best practice opportunities.
  • Participate in onboarding activities for new team members and mentor account coordinators.
  • Act as subject matter expert on various internal projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client services or account management experience in a direct/digital marketing agency or a combination of agency and client side.
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing client relationships and problem solving effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, numerical analysis, strong organization, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to support multiple campaigns and initiatives for multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days/week at one of the specified locations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or related field, or equivalent experience (HS Diploma with 4 years of experience).

Nice to Have

  • Retail media network experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Workfront, GAM, TTD.
