About the Role

The Sales Manager, Americas (Remote U.S.) at Uniguest is a motivated sales professional responsible for selling senior living products and services to new customers within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Source new business opportunities through marketing lead follow-up and independent prospecting to targeted lists.
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced monthly close process.
  • Provide accurate forecasting information.
  • Work effectively with internal team members on deal closing strategies.
  • Provide weekly updates of opportunity statuses as needed.
  • Remain informed of new products and services.
  • Actively seek and maintain competitive information and activity.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts.
  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience or senior living/hospitality technology experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Organized and thorough approach to selling.
  • Motivated to repeatedly achieve sales targets and commissions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, integrity, and ability to build professional trust and respect.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Educational background not specified; minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required.
