Job Description

About the Role

The role of the National Key Account Manager (N-KAM) at Sunbit involves creating strategic initiatives to drive growth within assigned Enterprise Partners, specifically working with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). The individual will cultivate relationships across various hierarchies, demonstrate sales leadership, and work with internal teams to execute initiatives. This position focuses on integrating the Sunbit Platform within new partners and expanding growth with existing partners, with a travel requirement of 50%-75%. Sunbit is a financial technology company that offers innovative payment solutions to improve consumer experiences and support service providers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive, strategic, and measurable business plan for each DSO partner.
  • Execute and measure the progress of the business plan ensuring assigned targets are met.
  • Create and deliver presentations to C-Suite DSO executives to drive organizational change.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Training Manager to grow account performance.
  • Manage and track all account activity in Salesforce.
  • Provide critical feedback on partner needs, market perceptions, and industry trends to Sunbit management and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business or sales management.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with DSO experience preferred.
  • Proven success in a customer-facing role involving senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective leadership and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Excellent time management, communication, critical thinking, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management skills.
