About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing, tech-enabled staffing company transforming how manufacturing and field service companies hire and manage skilled labor. With a focus on speed, grit, and reliability, they are expanding their footprint across the Southeast and seeking driven professionals to join their dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, project leads, and contractors
Partner with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of job orders
Visit client sites to assess needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
Negotiate contracts and service agreements tailored to client requirements
Track sales activities and pipeline progress in a CRM system
Represent the company with professionalism and a focus on delivering results

Requirements

2-5+ years of B2B sales experience; staffing or manufacturing-related sales strongly preferred
Familiarity with the manufacturing labor market or skilled trades hiring
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Comfortable traveling up 50-75% of the time
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales practices

Nice to Have

Experience in staffing or manufacturing-related sales
Familiarity with the manufacturing labor market or skilled trades hiring

Qualifications

2-5+ years of B2B sales experience
