Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes strategic plans for assigned sales territory, including identifying and cultivating local partnerships, organizational affiliations, and strategic business opportunities.
  • Proactively researches and generates new business leads through cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Builds strong relationships and ensures alignment and regular communication with key go-to-market (GTM) partners to drive collaboration and sales success.
  • Creates and delivers compelling, in-person sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing deep knowledge of Comcast Business products and services.
  • Sells with the goal of exceeding financial and unit targets.
  • Maintains a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position Comcast Business solutions in the marketplace.
  • Ensures a superior customer experience by delivering on the Comcast Credo and builds long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Works cross-functionally to meet and exceed service expectations.
  • Maintains accurate sales records and prepares regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Regularly meets with clients in the field, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of network design, SD-WAN, network security, voice network technologies, data networking, networking protocols, customer premise equipment, cybersecurity, and business continuity concepts.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintains regular, punctual attendance and is available to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or managed services.
  • Proven success in selling complex, multi-product solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Relevant work experience of 5-7 years.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with network design, SD-WAN, network security, VoIP, data networking, and networking protocols.
  • Additional certifications or technical knowledge related to telecommunications or IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or extensive related professional experience.

  • Competitive pay range of $69,657.00 - $116,095.00, with potential for significant upside through sales commissions.
  • Most sales positions are eligible for a commission plan.
