Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences and healthcare sectors across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our products and solutions, highlighting their benefits to meet client needs in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address client challenges and drive value.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on growing market share within assigned territories.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that impact the life sciences and healthcare markets.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and timely information on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets and the key players in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territories as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales in the life sciences or healthcare industries.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Existing network of contacts within Pennsylvania and New Jersey healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED).
