Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences and healthcare sectors across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
Effectively present and demonstrate our products and solutions, highlighting their benefits to meet client needs in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address client challenges and drive value.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on growing market share within assigned territories.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that impact the life sciences and healthcare markets.
Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and timely information on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
Strong understanding of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets and the key players in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territories as needed.

Nice to Have

Experience with sales in the life sciences or healthcare industries.
Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Existing network of contacts within Pennsylvania and New Jersey healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED).
