Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Commercial / Financial Services Sales across the United States.
  • Navigate all steps of sales cycles, including leading a geographic territory.
  • Build prospective top of funnel activity.
  • Manage complex sales cycles to a successful close.
  • Leverage internal resources within the larger sales organization, cross-functionally with the customer success team, and externally across customer and partner ecosystems.
  • Use company-wide success stories and use cases as a blueprint, adding own ideas and vertical knowledge.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to Line of Business & IT audiences, highlighting client discovery, ROI, and business value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues to leverage multiple stakeholders throughout complex deals.
  • Actively seek to understand industry trends to help position against competitors.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of direct selling experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, selling complex technologies to Commercial and Financial Services clients.
  • History of consistent quota achievement.
  • Prior experience in winning new customer logos.
  • Strong job tenure, demonstrating loyalty and perseverance through long, stable employment and positive career trajectory.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering to both in-person and virtual audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Vertical knowledge in the Commercial and Financial Services sectors.
  • Experience with enterprise sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of industry trends relevant to digital transformation and automation.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED).
