Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours by working independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts and serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients and internal partners.
  • Collaborate Daily by demonstrating grace under pressure, maintaining high ethical standards, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven Winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive Self-Starter with an upbeat, persistent style, ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in various formats.
  • Confidently Fearless in embracing opportunities, taking risks, and challenging the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit, being resourceful, thriving under pressure, and bouncing back quickly.
  • Trusted Advisor who builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises.
  • Two or more years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience or three or more years in relevant sales fields such as HCM, technology, or software.
  • Military experience is recognized and appreciated as valuable.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

Qualifications

  • A college degree is not required; relevant experience is valued.
  • Experience in sales, especially in B2B or relevant fields, is preferred.
