Account Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the business by continually sourcing opportunities within existing accounts.
• Network, build rapport, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Assess client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Represent the company professionally in the office, over the phone, or via electronic communication.
• Work closely with the Inside Sales manager to drive sales and achieve sales goals.
• Manage sales activities, project management, and team collaboration.
• Provide weekly updates on sales activities and progress.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and provide consistent follow-through.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work well within a team or independently.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, and occasionally move up to 20 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard daily.
• Stamina to sit for extended periods and vision sufficient to read monitors and printed documents.
• Ability to handle confidential information securely.

• A college degree is ideal.
