Job Description

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will identify and develop relationships with businesses and organizations that would benefit from and utilize Beacon Hill's temporary staffing services. You will spend your time researching prospective businesses, making introductory calls, visiting work sites, delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with your recruiting team to find and coach the best potential employees for each open position. This role requires problem-solving skills, personal initiative, discretion, and judgment to represent Beacon Hill well in the marketplace and address client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients through internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
  • Proactively conduct high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
  • Visit client work sites, deliver sales presentations, and develop an understanding of client needs.
  • Manage the job order process by partnering with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs.
  • Serve as the client's first point-of-contact during the job order process and manage client relationships.
  • Engage in client entertaining activities such as dinners, golfing, and sporting events to build relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivation and persistence to make numerous calls and follow through.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment about businesses and people.
