Key Responsibilities

Generating admissions and growing patient census in a designated territory.
Engaging in outside sales activities involving the sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes.
Connecting Elara Caring's high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families by working with a wide range of medical professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with teams.
Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results.
Understanding of how referral sources decide and knowledge of decision makers.
Skilled in problem solving and providing solutions to meet patient and business needs.
High confidence level to interact with healthcare professionals at all levels.
Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives.
Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate.
Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance as per state laws.

Nice to Have

Experience in post acute or DME sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred).
