Account Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute FinPay's SaaS sales strategy
• Generate leads
• Present the FinPay value proposition to potential clients
• Deliver in-person & video conference pitches; occasional cold-calling
• Leverage personal network for the growth of FinPay
• Manage the Sales handoff of new clients to the Operations team
• Report prospect feedback and market needs to the Leadership and Operations teams to drive decision-making
• Track and measure sales funnel conversion rates and progress on meeting forecasted goals
• Collaborate on the required functionality and customizations needed to track sales activity and strategies correctly

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional sales experience
• Proven track record selling technology solutions, with a strong preference for experience in the behavioral healthcare sector
• Candidates with knowledge of Behavioral & Mental Health, Substance Abuse, ABA Therapy, or Eating Disorders are preferred
• Experience as the principal point of contact and engaging directly with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Sales or relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Ability to travel for in-person client prospects

Benefits & Perks

• $100,000-$125,000 per year + Commissions
