Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Source qualified candidates within the education sector
- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
- Meet/exceed personal and financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required; open to new grads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
