About the Role

The Account Executive, LawPay at AffiniPay is responsible for driving revenue and adoption of payment solutions tailored specifically for law firms. Based in Austin, Texas, this role involves working with professionals nationwide to identify their needs, present tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle within a collaborative sales team environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from developing and nurturing relationships with clients, to negotiations and contracting.
  • Become a solutions expert within our payment and software products.
  • Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities through repeat business, referrals, references, networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up communications, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of AffiniPay products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics.
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solutions that only AffiniPay can provide.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Exceed performance standards for sales and new account goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient with SalesForce.
  • Familiarity with Gong & Outreach or similar tools.
  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, with software experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle transactional sales and keep the pipeline activity organized.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with software sales.
  • Familiarity with Gong & Outreach or similar tools.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
