Our Investment Management platform and services help companies raise and preserve more capital, increase investors satisfaction and reduce processes complexity - by automating their back-office operations, introducing tools for investors communication, and providing them with advanced solutions for better real-estate investment marketing efforts. Agora serves hundreds of customers globally and is backed by top high-tech investors such as Insight Partners and Qumra Capital. We are looking to hire Sales Account Executives who are passionate about sales, success, and winning to disrupt the Real Estate Investment industry & market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full sale cycle, including self-prospecting, run sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals and closing negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and deals - working with SDRs or solo.
  • Develop a targeted prospecting strategy for the real estate market, including weekly prospecting activities to build pipelines.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively in Hubspot CRM / other sales systems.
  • Contribute to the development of the sales team, including documentation, processes, procedures, solution procurement, and implementation.
  • Provide sales support during calls and behind the scenes by collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and R&D.
  • Communicate with the Product Team about customers' technical needs and requirements.
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Complete post-sale processes with the finance team.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive in a SaaS B2B company.
  • Results-oriented and goals-driven sales DNA.
  • Managing full sales cycle for SaaS solutions.
  • Experience working with small to medium businesses and/or mid-size organizations.
  • Hands-on approach to developing and building pipelines from scratch, including cold calling and email sequences.
  • Experience in cross-selling, offering multiple products to both existing and potential customers.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong relationship building, negotiating, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person.
  • Native / Fluent English speaker.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience hunting / selling in financial market or real estate domain.
  • Experience working with Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
  • Additional languages such as Spanish.
