The role of the Account Executive, Respiratory Health, involves building trust with healthcare clients, promoting Baxter's respiratory products, and collaborating internally to develop strategic sales plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet, if not exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage a territory consisting of 100-125 verified targets.
  • Prospect for new business 15-20% of the time.
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy.
  • Communicate Baxter's competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts.
  • Complete company reports, plans, and projects in accordance with company standards and deadlines.
  • Understand and comply with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment, or a healthcare clinical environment.
  • Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred.
  • Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting.
  • Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Nice to Have

  • Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred.

Qualifications

  • Educational background of B.S./B.A.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in relevant healthcare or medical device fields.
