About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities - Identify and engage potential clients who need mobile and web development solutions.
• Own the sales cycle - From initial outreach to closing deals, you'll be responsible for every step.
• Understand client needs - Consult with businesses to understand their goals and propose tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships - Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with our tech team - Work closely with developers and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage your pipeline - Keep track of prospects, follow-ups, and deals using a CRM.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in web or mobile development services - You've sold digital solutions before and understand the process.
• A strong closer - You can take a lead from intro call to signed contract with confidence.
• Tech-savvy mindset - You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand the basics of app and web development.
• Self-motivated & proactive - You know how to hustle and make things happen.
• Experience in outbound prospecting - You're comfortable reaching out to new clients and starting conversations.
• Excellent communication skills - You know how to explain complex digital solutions in a simple, compelling way.
• Familiarity with the Southwest market - You know the local business landscape and where to find opportunities.
