Key Responsibilities

Consistently and effectively reach out to new prospects using a variety of outreach methods including telephone, email, door-knocking, networking, and social media.
Identify and establish contact with prospective clients to set appointments.
Conduct initial sales calls with potential clients.
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with decision-makers.
Enter all information in our CRM and activity tracking sheets.
Nurture prospects into clients.
Collaborate with Route Sales Representatives and other team members to ensure customers and prospects receive appropriate attention for their specific needs.

Requirements

Minimum 18 months business-to-business sales experience focused on new account generation.
Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory.
Minimum High School Diploma/GED, bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
Subject to criminal background check.

Nice to Have

Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with Customer Relationship Management/CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

Experience with business-to-business sales.
Ability to develop new business and generate sales leads.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
