About the Role

Seeking a professional business to business Account Executive to grow our team in the Denver, CO. The city of Denver, CO and its suburbs make up a booming market and Colonial has had a 20% growth for the last 3 years and need great people to help continue that trend! Will work closely with training manager to contact businesses to drive sales and new business development. Culture is everything to us. We are looking for team minded individuals who want to heavily impact our growth while promoting our culture we have worked so hard to create.

Key Responsibilities

Contact businesses to drive sales and new business development.
Work closely with the training manager to learn and implement sales strategies.
Help grow the team and contribute to the company's ongoing growth.

Requirements

Clear Communication Skills.
Results Oriented.
Team player.
Focused.
Willing to obtain a life and a health insurance license (application question).
Ability to commute to Longmont, CO 80502.

Nice to Have

Experience in sales or business development (implied by role).
Willingness to be trained and learn sales system.

Benefits & Perks

Up to $60,000.00 per year.
Commission pay.
Performance bonus.
Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday).
