Account Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts, providing customized bookkeeping and bill paying services.
• Handle accounts payable, receivables, and journal entries accurately.
• Generate month-end client reports.
• Work with high-net-worth individuals and small to medium-sized businesses, maintaining high levels of integrity and attention to detail.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop, QBO, and Quicken to perform bookkeeping tasks.
• Manage online and offline bill payments and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, QBO, and Quicken (preferred).
• Experienced in online/offline bill pay and reconciling accounts.
• Skilled in managing accounts payable, receivables, and journal entries.
• Capable of generating month-end client reports.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experienced in managing multiple clients.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
• 3+ years of directly related experience.
• Certified Bookkeeper (or similar) preferred.
