Advantech is on the search for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to help grow our customer base through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, customer information seminars, web-based information sessions and daily social media outreach
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the technology or SaaS industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable and proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Professional home office setup (quiet space, high-speed internet, and proper equipment)

Nice to Have

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at a high level
  • Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Background or interest in marketing initiatives
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience working in B2B sales or a start-up/fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in pre-sales or demo experience
