About the Role

Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and leveraging customer relationships and creating targeted selling strategies to drive sales growth. The role involves managing relationships with senior living communities, utilizing digital sales tools, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive growth within a specific territory of Senior Living communities.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers over the phone and through digital channels.
  • Use predictive buying data and digital sales and marketing tools to identify and solve customer needs, providing consultation on services and products.
  • Increase sales by mobilizing internal teams and resources to quickly solve customer needs, requests and problems.
  • Collaborate with internal selling teams to identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to maximize growth.
  • Leverage analytics dashboards, live sales data, and other resources to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain long-standing customer relationships with purchasing managers, executives, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to address customer requests, safety concerns, financing, and regulatory issues.
  • Gain specialized knowledge of senior living community operations, including budgeting, survey processes, resident profiles, levels of care, and decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in driving digital commerce adoption.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change, make quick decisions with limited information.
  • Effective communication skills for diverse audiences across channels.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Skills in developing and executing customer relationship strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience.
