Account Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with assigned customers by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing account performance.
• Manage daily communication with clients, handle quotes and contract negotiations, and track open orders and repair statuses.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, engineering, and logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide updates regarding turnaround times, pricing, and product availability.
• Monitor account trends, identify new sales opportunities, and support the development and implementation of customer service strategies.

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (minimum MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer needs.
