About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Specialist to join our team at Ray Skillman Chevrolet. Our work environment includes a modern office setting with daily training. The role involves greeting customers on the lot, assisting them in identifying vehicles that meet their wants and needs, and maintaining communication through our customer relationship management system to ensure a great customer experience. The position contributes to the growth and success of the company by providing product demonstrations, sales presentations, and ongoing customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers on the lot and assist them in identifying vehicles that meet their wants and needs.
Communicate with customers through the customer relationship management system to ensure a positive experience.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to potential customers.
Provide ongoing customer support and address any inquiries or issues that arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Requirements
