Account Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Increase Client Brand sales within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with store-level and distributor contacts
• Ensure merchandising compliance: brand display, planogram adherence, pricing, and POP standards
• Monitor market conditions and provide routine reports on competitive products and trends
• Participate in distributor meetings to align on sales strategies and performance
• Analyze territory and sales data to identify underperformance and recommend corrective actions
• Assist with promotional planning, sampling activations, and trade solutions
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently position Client brands in the marketplace
• Effectively manage time, priorities, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as a local brand ambassador, driving product visibility and velocity in-store

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the beverage or CPG industry
• Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional weekends/on-call rotations
