About the Role

The Account Manager role at Goldminer's Daughter Lodge involves being a trusted advisor to the owners, handling sensitive business decisions with discretion and care. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the owners, providing financial guidance and handling sensitive business decisions with discretion and care.
Manage financial and accounting tasks to support the lodge's operations.
Work directly with the General Manager and owners to ensure financial strategies align with business goals.

Requirements

Strong finance or accounting foundation, either through a degree or 10+ years of experience.
Desire to engage in meaningful work beyond routine bookkeeping.
Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
Ability to thrive in a close-knit environment and value professional growth.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a hospitality or lodge setting.
Familiarity with high-level financial decision-making.

Qualifications

Degree in finance or accounting, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
